    Ian Farmer Associates, a member of RSK Group Ltd, is a geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigation company with offices covering the majority of the United Kingdom. It is further supported by a fully accredited UKAS laboratory and together with the Geosciences division of RSK, the company makes RSK Group one of the UK’s largest site investigation service providers. Ian Farmer Associates currently has an immediate need for an experienced Administrator based in Warrington.


    Administrator - Warrington

    The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a similar administrative role. The role will involve, but is not limited to:

    • Covering reception duties
    • Maintaining records and office facilities
    • Data entry
    • General office duties
    • Answering the telephone
    • Booking couriers/TNT.
    • Data processing Logs/purchase invoices
    • Process incoming/outgoing mail
    • Ordering stationery
    • Organise some training/update records
    • Keep holiday rota
    • Maintain records First Aid boxes/fire extinguishers
    • Archiving and filing documentation


    This is an interesting and varied role and will allow the right candidate to expand their knowledge and experience.



    Desired Experience:

    • At least GCSE Maths and English to Grade A to E or equivalent
    • Full driving licence
    • Good organisational skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Previous experience within a similar role
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook)
    • Previous experience of Geodasy/Holebase database is an advantage
