    Structural Soils Limited, a member of RSK Group plc, is a 235-strong site investigation contractor.  It is further supported by a fully accredited UKAS laboratory and together with the Geosciences business unit of RSK, the company makes RSK Group one of the UK’s largest site investigation service providers.  We are now looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team at our lab in Castleford, West Yorkshire.


    Administrator – Castleford



    • First point of contact for client enquiries
    • Responding to emails, quote requests and referral
    • Creating & maintaining job programme
    • Handle deliveries to and from the lab

    Desired experience and attributes

    • Good communication skills both written and verbal with a professional and calm telephone manner, and confidence to make outbound calls to clients and suppliers
    • A highly organised individual for planning workloads and meeting deadlines
    • A hardworking and driven individual with positive and upbeat approach to all tasks presented to them
    • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel 

    Desired experience and attributes

    • Excellent organisation and communication skills
    • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
    • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
    • Administration experience preferable
