    RSK has recently undertaken a period of rapid growth through acquisition, acquiring 11 businesses in the last two years. The payroll functions for these new businesses are now centralised in Helsby and as a result additional support is required.

    Payroll Assistant – Helsby, Cheshire 

    We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant who will report directly into the Payroll Manager.

     

    Core Responsibilities include:

     

    • Collation of data and processing of monthly payrolls, to include sickness, absence, bonus/overtime payments.
    • Recording payroll data.
    • Processing starters and leavers.
    • Responding to queries from staff/management.
    • Other ad-hoc duties.

    Full training will be given. 

     

    Skills and person specification

     

    • Good standard of payroll experience working with monthly salaries.
    • Excel to a basic/intermediate level.
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience of computerised payroll systems.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • To be able to work to strict deadlines
    • To be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Annual Salary:  £20,000
