As a result of success over the past year our business is expanding and we are looking to recruit a full time temporary Schedule Co-ordinator to join the team to support us with the implementation of a new management resource system.
Temporary Scheduler Co-ordinator – Helsby
Supporting the Helsby and Manchester Geosciences project managers, this role will involve providing administration support to launch and pilot a new scheduling platform. The expected duration of this role is up to two months but could lead to a permanent position within the RSK Group Ltd.
Entering new project data into Scheduler software
Liaising with project managers to amend and update Scheduler on a daily basis
Attending weekly project team meetings to update the team on utilisation of the team and equipment
Running weekly utilisation reports from Scheduler
Completing general administration tasks as the need arises and supporting other administrators
We are looking for someone keen to develop his or her administrative skills. The right candidate will need to have the following attributes:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
Good communicator and a team player
Good written English and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and use initiative
Full training on the Scheduler software will be provided
