    Structural Soils Limited, a member of RSK Group plc, is a 235-strong site investigation contractor.  It is further supported by a fully accredited UKAS laboratory and together with the Geosciences business unit of RSK, the company makes RSK Group one of the UK’s largest site investigation service providers.  We are now looking to recruit a part time Cleaner to join the team in Castleford.


    Cleaner – Castleford


    Responsibilities include:


    • Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the office on a daily basis.
    • Use cleaning materials appropriately, as instructed and economically; to inform Line Manager when stocks are low.
    • Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults to Line Manager.
    • Empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated area, including the separation of waste, i.e. recycling.
    • Where practicable ensure windows and doors are closed and lights switched off.
    • Report to Line Manager any defects seen which are likely to affect security i.e. broken/cracked window etc.
    • The cleaner is required to use only approved cleaning materials and in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions and COSHH regulations. Chemicals should never be mixed with other chemicals.
    • To be aware of their responsibilities for Health & Safety of themselves and others.

    Salary and benefits:


    • £minimum wage
    • This is a part time post working 15 hours per week
