Our Environmental Impact Assessment, Planning and Design (EPD) team has an exciting opportunity for undergraduates or recent graduates preparing to undertake a Masters, to join our Glasgow team for a two to three-week placement over the summer of 2018. Working alongside an experienced team, we are looking to offer a placement that gives the successful candidates a great introduction to what is like to work in a dynamic and growing environmental consultancy.
We are currently working on a wide variety of large-scale and high-profile projects in Scotland including rail electrification, electricity transmission and distribution projects, property developments and onshore wind.
The successful candidate will be working within our EPD team in Glasgow, shadowing team members delivering project work and tender preparation. They may also be asked to accompany ecologists, archaeologists, landscape architects, acousticians or air quality specialists on site surveys. Other office duties, such as office audits, business development may be required.

The placement will help the successful candidate to find out if environmental consultancy is the right career choice for them following the completion of their studies.
