    The asbestos division of the RSK Group, is one of the UK’s largest independent asbestos management consultancies, helping to manage Britain’s biggest occupational killers.  Their services include surveys, sampling and analysis, preparation of policies and procedures, project management of asbestos removal works, auditing and training.


    The division boasts a vast array of clients from major property development companies such as Taylor Wimpey to major energy and utility companies including BP, National Grid and United Utilities, this is an exciting division to join and growing fast!!


    We are now looking to recruit experienced Administrative Assistant to work in a number of our UK offices.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an IIP company who can provide excellent career development.


    Administrative Assistant - Hemel Hempstead


    Responsibilities may include:


    • Booking in project work
    • Setting up project details
    • Invoicing, Purchase Orders and emailing clients
    • Answering the phone
    • Project filing and archiving
    • Ordering office and laboratory consumables
    • General office duties

    Desired experience


    • Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
    • Organised, versatile with a can-do attitude
    • Excellent communication skills

    Due to the nature of the work that we undertake it will be essential for the person to pass a CRB check (Criminal Record Bureau). 


    Salary and benefits: 


    • £18,000-£20,000
