RSK is one of Europe’s fastest growing and most ambitious multidisciplinary environmental consultancies.  We are seeking a Marketing Administration Assistant to work alongside our direct sales and tender support teams, promoting RSK Group services to clients and potential clients.   As a rapidly growing organisation there is increasing need to highlight our vast array of service offerings.  You will report to our Marketing co-ordinator and be based in our Head Office in Helsby, Cheshire.  We are seeking someone full time, but can accommodate a shorter working week for the right candidate.


Marketing Administration Assistant – Helsby, Cheshire




  • Maintain list of portals used, ensuring login details are up to date.
  • Update information held on the sites, for example uploading renewed insurance details. 
  • Liaise with technical teams for information to represent services.
  • Receive and distribute opportunities from e-tender sites.
  • Maintain list of RSK’s MSA/ framework agreements
  • Maintain filing system for contracts.
  • Remind contract manager of end of contract term or opportunity of rate uplift.
  • Maintain list of Clients RSK is registered with
  • File completed questionnaires
  • Reminding RSK contact when registration may need to be revisited.
  • Administration of Direct Sales Meetings, produce agenda & take minutes, update Direct Sales page on intranet
  • Undertake research for sales initiatives
  • Update CRM system. 

Person specification:


  • excellent literacy and written/verbal communication skills
  • ability to work to tight deadlines
  • excellent level of computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • ability to work independently, prioritise workload and capable of working to tight deadlines. 

Salary and benefits:


  • £18,000 - £21,000 dependant on experience
