We are looking to recruit a full time administrator to support our geotechnical team on a permanent basis.


Team Administrator – Hemel Hempstead – Full time (40 hours)


Reporting to the Principal Administrator, the role will involve providing administration support to a team of geotechnical and environmental consultants. The main responsibilities will include:


  • Compilation/quality review of reports including PDF
  • Project invoicing and finance reporting
  • Compiling new project files, project filing and archiving
  • Generating reports on geotechnical software programme
  • Promoting Health & Safety
  • Travel,  accommodation and training course bookings
  • Data entry
  • Reception duties
  • Completing general administration tasks and supporting other administrators


Desired experience

We are looking for someone keen to develop his or her administrative skills.  The right candidate will need to have the following attributes:


  • Ideally a minimum of two years administrative experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages
  • Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator and a team player
  • Good written English and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Pleasant telephone manner
