Monday Receptionist – Hemel Hempstead

 

The RSK Group is looking to recruit an experienced receptionist/administrator to cover the reception desk in our Hemel office every Monday 9.00am – 5.30pm and also holiday and sickness cover.

 

Responsibilities

 

The Receptionist is responsible for operation of the Reception Desk including greeting visitors answering incoming external calls, fielding visitor’s and caller’s queries, managing the switchboard and placing calls. The Receptionist is responsible for the overall presentation, appearance and upkeep of the Reception and for the general conduct of the Reception in a manner in keeping with RSK’s corporate requirements.

 

The Receptionist role extends to wider responsibilities including: 

  • Maintaining meeting room calendar
  • Car hire requests
  • Post
  • Any additional administrative support as required
  • Desired Experience 

The skills and expertise for this role include: 

  • Previous reception/administration experience essential
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Team player, with the ability to pick things up quickly
  • Strong organisational skills 

Salary and benefits: 

  • £3,120 annual salary (£7.50 per hour)
