The Geosciences division within RSK Group plc is one of the UK’s largest geotechnical and contaminated land consultancies. In addition, it can call on further related resources through RSK Group owning Structural Soils Ltd, the 200-strong site investigation and drilling contracting company. The company now has an exciting opportunity for a Geo-environmental/Geotechnical Engineer to join the team in Glasgow. Working alongside an experienced team you will get involved with a vast array of development projects.
The company has a strong portfolio of clients in a wide number of sectors including rail, energy, property and construction, and the public sector). Current projects we are delivering from our Glasgow office include support to the Shotts Rail Electrification, gasworks investigation and remediation, local authority Part IIA and regeneration-related and a wide range of development and construction projects across Scotland and the NE of England.
Geo-environmental/Geotechnical Engineer – Glasgow
A Geo-environmental Engineer is responsible for undertaking project investigations, with a focus on site-based work. This will include both geo-environmental and geotechnical site investigations, data interpretation and reporting.
This role would suit some with a proactive can do approach, close attention to deal, enthusiasm to get the job done well and ability to get on with a wide range of people.
