We are looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours a week, hours to suit. 

Team Administrator (part time) – Glasgow 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Organising couriers, car hire, hotel and travel arrangements
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Answering telephones and greeting office visitors
  • Archiving and filing
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Post
  • Minutes, agendas and taking meeting minutes for meetings
  • Providing administrative support on reports, tenders and other work
  • Equipment logging
  • Printing of marketing materials
  • General office administration as required 
Person specification:
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Competent user of Word and Excel Microsoft packages

The role would suit someone who has had previous office experience and can work on their own initiative. You will also need to have strong communication skills and be able to prioritise workload.
