The Proposal Support Centre (PSC) provides centralised support for marketing and tender submissions. We currently have an opportunity to join this small yet dynamic team in our office in the beautiful location of Tattenhall, Cheshire.

 

Tender Support Assistant – Tattenhall, Cheshire

 

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating the production of tender submissions – using templates and company information to produce draft submissions, document formatting, following up input required, proof reading, printing and distribution
  • Completion of pre-qualification documents and maintenance of supplier questionnaires and portals
  • Preparation of marketing/proposal support information and ensuring literature is up to date
  • General office administration as required. 

Desired experience

 

The applicant should ideally be educated to degree level and should have experience of tendering, preferably, within the environmental consultancy sector.

 

Person specification

  • Excellent literacy and written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of information/documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Competent user of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
