Key to achieving a sustainable farming business is managing the fundamental resources of soil and water engineering to maximise efficient production whilst undertaking measures to protect the environment and biodiversity for the future. We are looking for individuals straight out of college who would like to on a two year fixed term apprentice programme and be part of a wider team. Following this fixed term the individuals performance will be assessed with a view of offering a permanent position.
Soil and Water Engineering – Apprentice: working out of Rosemaund, Hereford
Suitable candidates will need to be prepared to be ‘hands-on’ and learn skills on the job, be willing to work flexible hours and be able to travel around the country and stay away from home.
